Job Description

Job:
Travel locally and out of state to dairy farms to install rubber flooring. Will need to learn how to install rubber flooring and operate power tools to fasten rubber to concrete. Wage is based on local and out of town $/hour. All food and hotels is paid for during time on the road. Pay is starting pay, tenure and performance will trigger wage increases. Health Insurance, Vacation, and Retirement is earned after tenure. Sick time is earned by hours worked and replenishes over time. Health Insurance is offered to employee after 6 months of employment, employer offers 50% of premium. Vacation Time is earned after 6 months of employment (requested time off is permitted if planned accordingly). Retirement is required to have 1 fiscal year of employment before investment firm lets you apply. Sick time is earned (1 hour for every 30 hours worked, and 40 hours is allowed per year.)
