Construction Laborer

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to join our growing swimming pool construction team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a team that creates beautiful backyard spaces for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Assist with various stages of swimming pool construction and installation Prepare job sites and help with excavation, materials, and equipment Load, unload, and transport construction materials Perform general labor tasks such as digging, grading, cleaning, and site preparation Support skilled tradespeople and crew leaders as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry heavy materials Construction or landscaping experience is helpful but not required Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Valid driver's license

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
