Duties Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to support various construction tasks Perform heavy lifting of materials such as rebar, concrete forms, or framing components to facilitate project progress Support concrete pouring, finishing, and pumping activities to achieve smooth surfaces and structural integrity Install rebar, metal studs, framing, or drywall according to schematics and blueprints with precision Aid in masonry work including bricklaying, stucco application, and tile laying for aesthetic and structural purposes Participate in demolition, restoration, or renovation tasks by removing debris or preparing surfaces for new work Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades such as carpentry, masonry, or roofing is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with schematics or blueprints to understand project plans Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools safely; certification in heavy equipment operation is a plus Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and performing strenuous tasks in various weather conditions Knowledge of construction safety protocols and proper use of hand tools and safety gear Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for transporting materials or equipment Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills; willingness to learn new skills such as welding or concrete finishing Embark on a rewarding career where your hard work builds the future!
