Small Family-Owned Construction Company (Hamburg, NY area) We are a well-established, family-owned construction company looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our tight-knit crew. We take pride in high-quality workmanship, attention to detail, and treating every project like it's our own home.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent finish carpentry skills and a strong eye for detail — we want someone who takes pride in making things look clean and professional. A strong work ethic and willingness to hustle — this is a hands-on, physical job that often requires long days and moving quickly between tasks. Experience in framing, siding, windows & doors, roofing, and tile is a big plus. A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well with our small team. We are willing to train the right candidate — if you have solid basic construction skills, a great attitude, and a desire to learn and grow with us, we'd love to talk to you even if you don't have experience in every area listed.

Responsibilities Include:

Finish carpentry and trim work Framing and general construction tasks Installing windows, doors, and siding Roofing and tile work (as needed) Helping maintain a clean and safe job site Assisting with various residential construction and remodeling projects
