We're hiring people who aren't afraid of hard work. Surface Design Solutions is adding General Laborers to our crew in Henrietta, NY. We're in the business of transforming floors— concrete polishing, terrazzo restoration, floor leveling, epoxy coatings, concrete prep, and demo work . That means grinding, shot blasting, surface prep, and removing old materials so we can build floors the right way from the ground up. This is physical, hands-on work. It's not easy—but it's steady, skilled, and well-paid for the right people. What you'll be doing: Concrete grinding, shot blasting, and surface prep Epoxy and coating installation Concrete polishing & terrazzo restoration Floor leveling and patching Demo and material removal Working with a crew to keep jobs moving safely and efficiently What we need: You show up on time and ready to work You can handle physical labor and long days Construction/flooring experience is a plus (we'll train the right person) Good attitude and team mindset Valid driver's license required Must obtain OSHA 10 (or willing to get it after hire) What you get: $60,000
