Manual Laborer

Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Manual Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Duties Assist with construction site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up work areas for various trades. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling materials. Support carpentry activities like framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, and cabinet installation. Help with concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, and concrete pouring to ensure structural integrity. Perform demolition, removal of old materials, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Assist with roofing installation, stucco application, plastering, and exterior restoration projects. Support specialized tasks such as glass installation, tile laying, flooring installation, and masonry work using appropriate techniques. Skills Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction environments. Ability to read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements accurately. Experience with construction management software such as Bluebeam is a plus. Knowledge of construction inspection processes and safety protocols on-site. Familiarity with plumbing systems, electrical components, and schematics for troubleshooting and support roles. Capable of operating heavy equipment safely when required for site tasks. Strong understanding of construction techniques including framing, roofing, concrete finishing, welding, and hardscape installation.
