Who We Are Lakeview Builders is a locally owned, family-oriented construction firm in Otsego County. We specialize in custom homes, renovations, and additions. We value quality craftsmanship and a supportive team environment where every member is treated like family. The Role We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our growing crew. Whether you are an experienced carpenter or a motivated laborer looking to learn the trade, we have a place for you. We provide consistent, year-round work on high-end, custom projects. What You'll Do Assist with all phases of construction, including framing and finish work. Maintain a professional, clean, and safe job site at all times. Follow project plans and collaborate effectively with our team. Demonstrate pride in workmanship and a commitment to quality. What We're Looking For A strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to commute to job sites in Otsego County. A willingness to learn and grow your skillset. Previous experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience.
