Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Wear proper PPE at all times Help with the demolition, cleanup, and organization of job sites to ensure safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols at all times and report any hazards or incidents immediately Be comfortable with mold remediation and asbestos adbatment Properly deal with water damage clean up and disinfectant protocol Operate simple machinery/ Sprayers for disinfectants and sealers Maintain a clean work environment by disposing of debris and storing materials properly Be comfortable with Demolition, and removal of damaged materials. Work directly with customers Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply disinfectant, paint and encapsulate/ sealant using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools.

Requirements:

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly Basic understanding of construction safety practices is preferred but not required; training will be provided Reliable transportation to job sites as needed Valid Drivers License Strong attention to detail Customer friendly attitude Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not mandatory; Experience in construction painting with a solid understanding of construction site procedures is a plus
