Construction Laborer

Job Overview Looking for ambitious enthusiastic person to join our team. Must have good work ethic and reliable transportation. Experience in the concrete and excavation fields are preferred but can train the right person. Any heavy equipment Experience is a plus. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up work areas Carry out general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning to support ongoing construction activities Operate basic tools and equipment Support skilled tradespeople by providing materials, tools, and assistance as needed throughout the project Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Help with site cleanup and organization to ensure a tidy, hazard-free workspace Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to stay informed about best practices and regulations Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites is preferred Reliable attendance, transportation and punctuality are essential for success in this role Embark on a rewarding career path where your efforts build more than structures — they build communities!
