Syracuse Haulers is a full-line waste removal company locally owned and operated who is dedicated and designed to build successful partnerships using our superior customer service. We are very proud of our select staff and are looking for an experienced, team-oriented individual to join our growing team! As a Construction Worker , you will be required to work in our fast-paced work environment including the construction and maintenance repair of our large, 127k square-foot maintenance facility and yard.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Electrical installation and repairs
• Concrete installation and repairs
• Block installation and repairs
• Structural construction and repairs
• Operate appropriate equipment to construct and repair structures
• Test and inspect constructed structures to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications/codes
• Operate and maintain equipment to ensure safety standards are met
• Seek opportunities for continuous improvement

Qualifications and Skills:

• Eligible to work in the U.S
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license within the state of employment
• 10 years of prior experience as a construction worker with the ability to demonstrate skills/ability
• Block, concrete and electrical installation and repair experience
• Structural experience
• Experience using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents/drawings
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work in accordance with safety standards and adhere to all required safety regulations (i.e., protective gear and equipment)
