$43.00/hr. Will also work in NYS Prevailing Wage projects at $60.46/hr. Prevailing Wage Eligible - Prevailing wage hours are not guaranteed and will be assigned by leadership

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a hard-working, dependable laborer to join our field operations team. This is a field-based role supporting our Civil Construction teams. Based on the specific job, you may be performing various general labor duties as outlined below. Flexibility, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform physical labor tasks such as trenching, shoveling, loading/unloading materials, setting structures, site cleanup, or others as assigned Follow instructions from the Foreman or site supervisor to support daily project goals Assist with setup, maintenance, and breakdown of job sites Ensure safe operation of tools and equipment in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards Work effectively as part of a crew in fast-paced outdoor environments Maintain accurate timesheets per company policy Other duties as assigned by Site Foreman & company leadership

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in utilities (Electric, Gas, Water), Telecommunications, civil construction, or related field (Strongly Preferred) OSHA 10 Certification required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a drug test , background check , and DMV clearance . Strong understanding of construction safety standards and practices. Physically capable of working outdoors and lifting 50+ pounds as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Electric, Gas, or Telecommunications infrastructure projects. CDL or CDL-A License or willingness to obtain. Additional safety training or certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR).
