Construction Laborer

Decorative Paving Company is an industry leader providing concrete and brick paving installations and modular retaining wall installation services to our commercial customers in Ohio. We are currently accepting applications for reliable, hardworking construction laborers to fill openings on our crews. Essential Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to keep pace & follow directions Attention to details Experience is helpful but not necessary Punctual and regular attendance Good communication skills Be willing to work within a 150-mile radius Ability to work in several diverse locations; work locations may change daily Be able to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions Valid driver's license REQUIRED, must have reliable transportation Benefits Competitive wages (based on prior experience) Health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance available 401K Paid weekly Regular performance reviews & salary increases All Decorative Paving Company employees are required to comply with our Substance Abuse Prevention Policy as a condition of employment.
