Job Description

Construction Laborer will possess the knowledge, skill, and/or ability in the following areas essential to perform the functions of the position: Education
  • basic knowledge of construction, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, 10-hour OSHA certification (will train if necessary). Language
  • good listening skills, willing to learn, effective communication with team members. Mathematical skills
  • add, subtract, multiply, divide; be able to read a tape measure. Interpersonal skills
  • ability to effectively present information to your lead foreman/supervisor. Availability/Dependability
  • able to work 5 to 6 days a week, expect early start times and long days (times will vary from job to job), be on time daily. Physical Demands
  • properly lift objects up to 50 pounds, push and pull heavy objects, work in strenuous conditions with minimal breaks, ability to work at various heights
