Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer to join our Construction crew. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily production operations within a fast-paced Construction site. Your energy and mechanical aptitude will help ensure smooth assembly processes, efficient material handling, and overall operational success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to high-quality product output. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities -Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting forms, and staging materials Mix, pour, and spread concrete under the direction of finishers and foremen Assist with placement of rebar, wire mesh, and reinforcement materials Operate hand tools and small power equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as directed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times Follow all OSHA safety standards, PPE requirements, and company policies Support finishing crews during active pours and curing stages Qualifications 0-2 years of construction or general labor experience (concrete preferred) Ability to lift 80+ lbs repeatedly and work in all weather conditions Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-first attitude
