Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of building projects that shape communities! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, contribute to meaningful infrastructure, and develop valuable skills in the construction industry. As a Construction Laborer, you'll assist skilled tradespeople, handle materials, and ensure safety and efficiency on site. This paid position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools safely around the site Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, electricians, and plumbers in their tasks Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring proper use and safety protocols are followed Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Perform general site cleanup to keep the work area organized and hazard-free Assist with setting up scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures as needed Requirements Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to learn best practices in construction safety Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team coordination Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is valued highly Basic understanding of tools and machinery is advantageous but training will be provided Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Join us in building something great!
