Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer/Installer and become a vital part of transforming ideas into reality! Responsibilities Assist in the installation of fixtures, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other building components according to project specifications and schematics Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites Read blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to accurately execute tasks such as framing, roofing, masonry, and drywall installation Prepare surfaces through plastering, caulking, or sanding; perform finishing work including trim carpentry and painting Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project quality requirements Support concrete forming, finishing, and masonry tasks to create durable foundations and structures Assist with demolition, restoration work, or remodeling projects as needed to meet project timelines Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation in a construction setting Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Experience with various construction trades such as carpentry (frame, trim, door hanging), roofing, masonry, tile laying, flooring installation, and glass or fixture installation Knowledge of construction management principles including estimating and site inspection procedures Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and markup (nice-to-have) Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites and ability to adhere strictly to OSHA standards Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions while working independently when required This role is paid and offers an engaging environment where your skills will grow daily.
