Full-Time | Overtime as Needed Job Summary We are looking for reliable, energetic Outside Laborers who enjoy staying active and working with their hands. This role is perfect for individuals who like being outdoors, working on a team, and contributing to meaningful projects. You'll support daily tasks on active job sites while gaining valuable experience in a fast-growing field. Key Responsibilities Assist with general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, material handling, and site cleanup Work outdoors as part of a team to support project goals Use basic hand tools and equipment (shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, etc.) Help load/unload materials and maintain an organized work area Follow safety guidelines, use provided PPE, and support a safe work environment Work closely with crew leads and skilled trades professionals Take on additional site duties as needed Requirements Enjoys hands-on, active work Comfortable being outdoors throughout the day Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic Prior labor experience helpful but not required Ability to work overtime when needed What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Consistent overtime opportunities Weekly pay options (if applicable) All PPE provided Training, development, and long-term career opportunities Supportive and team-focused work environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
