Job Description

Interior Remodeling Technician Dan Faith Construction Niles, Ohio Job Type Full-Time Monday-Friday Weekend work available Overtime available Pay $18-$30+ per hour (Based on experience and skill level) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Interior Remodeling Technician to join our team. This position involves a variety of interior construction and remodeling tasks in occupied homes and renovation projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, professional with customers, and capable of performing quality work with minimal supervision.
QualificationsPreferred:
2+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience Experience in multiple trades is a plus Ability to read a tape measure accurately Ability to operate common hand and power tools safely Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable transportation MUST have a valid driver's license
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old Must be authorized to work in the United States Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while working in customers' homes
Job Duties:
Interior demolition Drywall repair and installation Trim and finish carpentry Flooring installation Painting Cabinet installation General remodeling tasks Jobsite cleanup and organization Customer interaction on occupied jobs Additional Information Dan Faith Construction works in occupied residential homes and insurance restoration environments.
