Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of skilled workers, ensuring that all aspects of construction are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction management, scheduling, and site supervision will drive project success while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and client specifications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence project outcomes directly and foster a collaborative, productive work environment. Duties Lead and supervise construction crews on-site, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of projects Coordinate daily activities with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, or HeavyBid to develop schedules, track progress, and manage budgets Conduct quality control inspections to verify adherence to safety standards, building codes, and project specifications Manage onsite safety protocols by enforcing OSHA regulations and conducting regular safety meetings Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, including pipeline components and heavy machinery like ohmmeters for electrical testing Prepare detailed reports on project status, including scheduling updates, budget tracking, and risk assessments Skills Extensive experience in construction site management with proven supervising skills Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid or similar tools Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating techniques Familiarity with contracts management and project scheduling methodologies Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and motivate personnel Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and experience implementing safety protocols on-site Skilled in using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and quality control assessments Experience working on heavy infrastructure projects involving pipelines or complex construction sites This role is perfect for a motivated leader eager to make a tangible impact on large-scale construction projects.
