Job Overview As a General Laborer, you will help build internal conduit structures and support the concrete casting process. This role involves hands‑on production work, material preparation, and reinforcing units to meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities Build internal conduit structures Monitor and support the concrete pouring process to ensure accuracy Clean and prepare steel forms to specifications Cut and join PVC conduits to maintain proper spacing Fabricate and secure rebar cages and assemblies Install anchors and pins into units What We're Looking For Ability to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times per day Mechanical aptitude and ability to read a tape measure Strong work ethic and interest in performance‑based pay Why Work Here Piece‑rate pay with strong earning potential after training Full benefits package after 90 days, including medical, dental, and vision Company is growing with advancement opportunities No winter layoffs Flexible scheduling based on performance and production volume Work Environment & Schedule Large 200,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility Non‑climate‑controlled environment; dusty and physically demanding due to concrete work Day and night shift options available No mandatory overtime beyond 10 hours Orientation typically starts at 8:00 a.m. Shifts end once units are built, approved, and cleaned Apply today if you're looking for a stable manufacturing job with serious earning potential and room to grow. • $85000.00/yr. Piece rate pay opportunity after first week of training (rates depend on size of pieces and builds but typically will average to a $26
• 27 rate Flexible schedule as long as employees are keeping up with what they need to do
• if an employee completes their builds for the day they are free to leave if they want Employees are eligible for a full benefits package after 90 days (vision/medical/dental) Will have 401k offering in 2027 Duct Bank One is in growth mode and employees have the opportunity to join now and build Company does not do layoffs in the winter Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in North Canton,OH.
