Residential Construction Laborer

Job Summary:

NC Services is seeking a Construction Laborer to work on various single & multi-family job sites throughout Columbus, Ohio.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Duties and Responsibilities Daily Tasks Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Interior and exterior site clean-up. Minor construction tasks (non-licensed trade items). Secure the company's property and protect it from theft, vandalism, and damage. Manage and maintain safety according to OSHA on every site. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Must have own hand tools. Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. Must be able to climb ladders and stairs repeatedly throughout the workday. Must be able to work a minimum of 8 continuous hours in exposed weather conditions. Ability to see and hear within normal parameters/range. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be a Self-starter. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Education and Experience:

At least 1-year related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
