Construction Material & Crew Driver Victor Junior Construction LLC Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Local Work Position Overview Victor Junior Construction LLC is seeking a reliable and punctual Construction Crew Driver to support our residential construction operations. This role is essential to keeping our jobs running efficiently by ensuring our crew arrives on time and materials are delivered as needed throughout the day. This is a hands-on support position for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working around active construction sites. Key Responsibilities Arrive at designated pickup location by 6:00 AM on scheduled workdays Pick up company work truck and transport construction crew to job site(s) Remain on standby during active job hours Purchase and transport construction materials from nearby suppliers as needed Maintain communication with project lead regarding material needs Drive crew safely back to the original pickup location at the end of the workday Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicle Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Reliable and punctual — early morning start times required Ability to follow directions and communicate clearly Must comply with company no-drug-use policy Professional attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift and transport construction materials when necessary Compensation Weekly pay (paid on Saturdays) Competitive starting pay (based on experience and qualifications) Opportunity for wage increase with additional responsibility Growth Opportunity We are willing to train qualified candidates on hauling and operating dump trailers .
