Construction Help Needed

About the Role We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as Construction Helper. Whether you are an experienced construction worker looking for your next project or someone eager to learn and work hard to learn the tasks at hand. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs and negotiable pay based on your skills and experience. It would be ideal for candidates to live close to the Springfield, Huber Heights or Troy area. Key Responsibilities As a Construction Helper, your duties will vary depending on the project but will generally include: Assisting with various Construction projects and tasks on the job site. Loading, unloading, and preparing construction materials and equipment. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris and hazards. Operating basic hand and power tools under supervision. Following all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure worksite. Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

Driver's License:

A valid driver's license is strictly required for this position.

Transportation:

Reliable transportation

Physical Fitness:

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Work Ethic:

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
