Construction Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with heavy lifting, material handling, and site setup to ensure smooth workflow Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively under supervision Support concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and pumping activities to create solid foundations and structures Install rebar, metal studs, framing, and perform masonry work including bricklaying and stucco application Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements Perform demolition, renovation, restoration, and general site cleanup to maintain a safe work environment Support specialized tasks such as roofing, tile laying, flooring installation, caulking, plastering, and trim carpentry as needed Experience Prior construction site experience or related manual labor background preferred but not required; training provided for motivated newcomers Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics enhances efficiency on the job Mechanical knowledge or experience with concrete mixers, pumps, or welding is a plus Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes is advantageous but not mandatory Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor work in various weather conditions Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating company vehicles is beneficial Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and teamwork in a construction environment Embark on a rewarding career where your hard work directly contributes to building lasting structures! $24.71 - $29.76 per hour
