Key Duties Execute various building tasks across industrial, commercial, and residential sites. Analyze and translate blueprints, technical drawings, and project requirements. Support the team with demolition, framing, remodeling, carpentry, and finish tasks. Utilize hand tools, power equipment, and machinery in a secure manner. Measure, trim, join, and install a variety of construction materials. Ensure the work area remains tidy and well-organized to improve overall site efficiency. Adhere strictly to all internal safety protocols and OSHA standards to protect the entire team. Coordinate effectively with supervisors, project managers, subcontractors, and colleagues. Ensure that all project milestones are met according to quality standards and timelines. Proactively flag potential site hazards or technical issues to help maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Three or more years of relevant construction experience. Background working within industrial, commercial, and residential settings. Solid grasp of standard construction materials, tools, and industry practices. Proven ability to interpret complex construction drawings and blueprints. Experience in areas such as concrete, remodeling, finish carpentry, or general building tasks. Capacity to perform effectively whether working alone or with a group. Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail. Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation. Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform tasks in diverse weather conditions. Desired Competencies Carpentry proficiency. Background in renovation and remodeling projects. Experience with commercial-scale construction. Competency in operating heavy equipment. Current OSHA certification. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in a leadership or crew lead capacity.
