MOBILE HOME SETUP CREW

(3-4 Positions) We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join a growing mobile home setup/install crew. Experience in construction, heavy labor, jacking/leveling, concrete blocking, or equipment operation is a plus — but we are willing to train the right people with a strong work ethic and safety mindset. Job Duties Mobile home setup and leveling Blocking and anchoring Skirting and basic install work Loading/unloading materials and tools Working outdoors in various conditions Daily travel to job sites What We're Looking For Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50-80 lbs Comfortable with physical labor Construction or mechanical experience preferred Ability to work safely and follow directions CDL or towing experience is a plus (not required) Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Daily travel opportunities Gas reimbursement available when needed Opportunity for bonuses and advancement Consistent work available Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday with occasional weekends depending on workload Ideal Candidate We want people who: Show up on time Work hard Think before acting Take safety seriously Want to grow with the company Based in the Northwest Ohio / Southeast Michigan area with travel to job sites.
