Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer / Rehab Worker, where your hands-on skills and enthusiasm will contribute to transforming spaces and revitalizing properties. In this energetic role, you'll be an essential part of diverse projects, assisting with everything from demolition and framing to finishing touches. Duties Assist with demolition, site cleanup, and preparation to ensure smooth project workflows Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and finishing Support carpentry activities including door hanging, trim carpentry, and cabinet installation Perform concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to build durable structures Conduct basic construction inspection tasks to ensure quality standards are met Read blueprints and schematics to follow project specifications accurately Handle materials fabrication and assist with heavy equipment operation when needed Requirements eager to learn training will be provided Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures on construction sites Knowledge of construction trades such as plumbing, electrical work, roofing, or masonry is a plus Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation or site access purposes Join us in building better spaces!
