Job Overview We are seeking positive, self-motivated, and driven full-time Water Technicians and General Laborers to join our team. No experience needed - we will train you! If you have an eye for detail, like to make a difference in people's lives and have a great work ethic, join our team! Responsibilities Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation services, including water extraction, drying, & monitoring, according to IICRC standards. Ensure appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded on truck needed for job, and that it arrives to work site. Set up & remove drying equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers Document job progress through photos, notes, and appropriate paperwork Ensure equipment, supplies, vehicles, and products are properly handled. Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers and team members Follow company safety procedures and industry standards Maintain cleanliness of job sites, vehicles, and equipment Participate in on-call rotation for emergency response Communicate customer issues and daily job activities with supervisor and key company staff. Requirements Must be an active listener Must have good reading comprehension skills Must be a problem solver Must be reliable Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation is required.
