Job Description

The City of Ada is accepting applications for the position of Construction Worker II, depending on qualifications until filled. Individual selected will be responsible to perform semi-skilled and skilled work in the construction of water and sewer lines and streets, curbs, and gutters.
Experience/Training:
One year of experience performing street construction, maintenance and heavy equipment operation. Formal or informal education or training which ensures the ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance.
License or Certificate:
Must possess or be able to obtain within one-year valid Oklahoma Class A commercial driver's license and Department of Environmental Quality Class "D" Water and Wastewater certificate. The position offers full benefits including vacation, retirement, health and dental insurance, and paid holidays.
