Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision to perform tasks such as mixing concrete, digging trenches, or installing fixtures Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently Support team members in lifting, carrying, and positioning materials or equipment as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting hazards promptly Participate in site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets project standards Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold high standards of craftsmanship Requirements Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to learn safe work practices Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team coordination Prior experience in construction or related manual labor is preferred but not required; training can be provided Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment is advantageous but not mandatory Must be at least 18 years old and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
