Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your hands-on work will support skilled tradespeople and help bring innovative building projects to life. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple facets of construction while contributing to impactful infrastructure and renovation projects. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity and quality. Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and concrete pumps safely and effectively on-site. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support accurate execution of tasks. Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks such as moving materials, scaffolding setup, and site cleanup. Support masonry, stucco, drywall, framing, carpentry, roofing, and flooring installation activities as directed. Aid in concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to achieve smooth surfaces in various projects. Follow safety protocols diligently while working with heavy machinery or at heights; report hazards immediately. Experience Prior construction site experience is highly preferred; familiarity with commercial or residential projects is a plus. Knowledge of construction estimating processes and blueprint reading is advantageous. Hands-on experience with rebar installation, metal stud framing, masonry, or restoration work is desirable. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes; valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is a bonus. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, and basic carpentry techniques. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively in physically demanding environments. Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
