Job Description
Overview We are seeking dependable, capable individuals to support residential construction projects as part of an efficient field crew. This role is suited for candidates who take pride in quality work, think ahead, and contribute to a productive, team-focused jobsite. Key Responsibilities Support daily construction activities across all project phases Prepare and maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Assist with material handling, layout, installation, and basic carpentry tasks Operate hand and power tools safely and responsibly Follow directions from crew leads while proactively identifying next steps Maintain consistent attendance, professionalism, and productivity Qualifications Construction or physical labor experience preferred but not required Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly Good judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in varying conditions Reliable transportation and punctuality required What We Value Intelligence and common sense on the jobsite Positive attitude and accountability Respect for safety, teammates, and client property Desire to grow into higher responsibility roles Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly pay based on experience Consistent work with opportunity for advancement Performance-based increases tied to reliability, skill growth, and leadership potential We are a family owned construction company, working in all phases of residential and commercial construction.
