Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the timely and safe completion of construction tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in construction and gaining hands-on experience across diverse projects. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers in their tasks Perform basic construction duties such as framing, drywall installation, and concrete work under supervision Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times Operate hand tools and light machinery as trained Load and unload materials, supplies, and equipment needed for projects Assist with site cleanup and debris removal to keep the worksite safe and tidy Experience Prior experience in construction or manual labor is required; training will be provided for entry-level candidates Must have experience with full unit remodeling and renovation Experience in painting, make-ready, renovation, flooring, carpentry, concrete work, roofing, etc. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately A valid driver's license is mandatory; reliable transportation is required for job site access Must be willing and available to travel out of town and state for work This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills within the construction industry while contributing to meaningful projects.
