In this vital role, you will assist with a wide range of construction activities, supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring the smooth progress of various projects. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your construction expertise while working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Duties Assist with site painting preparation, including unloading materials and setting up work areas using hand tools and power tools Support concrete-related tasks such as painting, mixing, pouring, finishing, and pumping concrete to ensure solid foundations and smooth surfaces Install rebar and metal studs according to schematics and blueprints for structural integrity Perform framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and plastering to shape interior and exterior spaces Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and assist with layout work Conduct masonry work including bricklaying, stucco application, tile laying, and roofing support as needed Support renovation projects by restoring or updating existing structures with precision and care Use hand tools such as hammers, saws, levels, caulking guns, and measuring devices for detailed craftsmanship Follow safety protocols diligently during heavy lifting, scaffolding setup, metal framing, welding tasks, and other activities Embark on a rewarding career where your contributions build more than structures — they build communities!
