Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers Support team members in operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently Carry out basic tasks such as mixing materials, loading supplies, and organizing job sites Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for everyone Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks on time and to quality standards Help with the installation of materials under supervision, including framing, drywall, or flooring Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus but not required Prior experience in construction or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to start or grow their career in construction. Flooring Carpentry Sheetrock and mudding Handyman tasks etc Framing . Must be willing to work independently and travel to projects within a 100 mile radius of Albany OR. Must have reliable transportation and can communicate well. If your not willing to work long hours and weekends this is not the right job for you .
