The residential remodeling laborer position consists of three main tasks. The first task is to drive the 12' box truck and 14' flatbed dump truck moving construction materials, product, and also taking demo debris to the transfer stations. The second task is to consistently clean and maintain jobsites that are under construction. The third task is to assist the carpenters with specific job duties including demo, carpentry, and a variety of other remodeling duties. Does not require a CDL license, as the vehicles are normal work trucks.Specific Responsibilities, Qualifications, and Requirements:
This is a construction labor position so it is assumed that there will be consistent heavy lifting, moving, crouching, etc. It is expected to work hard daily and keep on task or look for new tasks whether directed or not. Tools are not required but do help to advance into a remodeling carpenter position. You must be able to pass a standard drug screening and have a valid driver's license. Must be able to have reliable transportation to drive to jobsites if necessary.Instructions on how to apply:
