In this role, you will play a vital part in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and organized. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Duties Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site. Experience Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
