  • Local Construction company seeking an experienced Laborer with strong work ethic to join our team!
Job Requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience
  • Must have basic hand tools and finishing tools
  • Strong work ethic
  • Work boots (steel toes preferred)
  • Muck boot for concrete
  • To kneel, bend, squat, lift shift up to 60 pounds throughout the workday
  • To work outdoors in all types of weather conditions for long hours
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • To pass background
  • Pass Drug screening
  • Driver's License (preferred)
Job Duties:
  • Assist in loading, transporting, and utilizing materials like lumber, rebars, aggregate, and tools needed for set up of framework
  • Assist in laying and finishing concrete. Ensure consistency and quality
  • Clean tools, equipment, work areas after daily tasks are completed
  • Follow instructions of the lead finisher and learn techniques from finishers
  • Adhere to safety regulations and protocols on the job site at all times
  • Wear PPE at all times
  • Communicate effectively regarding project and timelines
  • Carry 60-pound concrete bags
Hours/Pay:
  • $20.00 per hour
  • Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
