Hiring Construction Workers! Interview & Start ASAP! Location- Hermiston, OR Pay-25-28$/h  Job Description We are seeking a dependable construction worker to join our commercial construction team. This position involves a variety of tasks including framing, forming, and general carpentry work on commercial job sites. Experience with concrete formwork is a plus. Responsibilities Perform general carpentry tasks on commercial construction projects. Build and set forms for concrete foundations, walls, and slabs. Assist with framing, drywall backing, blocking, and other rough carpentry. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Follow directions from supervisors and work as part of a team. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Load and unload materials and equipment as needed. Essential Skills Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and construction practices. Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions. Physically able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various conditions. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with concrete formwork. Knowledge of framing, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry. Why Work Here?
