Maybe you are great at building cedar fences, or maybe you want to tackle the more complex deck and cover projects that Rick's regularly installs. Wages are based on experience and skill level in construction and management, and will start at $23/hour (starting wage depends on experience), with more experienced leaders making as much as $34/hour plus overtime! Whether you're seasoned in carpentry and construction or looking to grow your skills as a new crew leader, we're seeking motivated, hard-working self-starters to join the Rick's Custom Fencing & Decking team.
