What You'll Be Doing:

Working alongside a Lead Carpenter and crew on a variety of residential projects Exterior work: framing, siding, roofing, decks, porches, and waterproof envelope systems Interior work: framing, drywall, trim, flooring, tile, and carpet Participating in full bathroom and kitchen remodels Assisting with material handling, layout, and job site prep Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe

Requirements:

18 years of age or older High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Reliable transportation 2+ years of general construction experience

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday Full-time position Typical hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid break) Work hours may vary depending on project needs (as early as 6:00 AM and as late as 9:00 PM)

Pay:

Competitive starting pay, depending on experience, skills, and equipment provided Physical Demands /

Competencies:

Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry materials Ability to stand and be on your feet for the duration of the shift Ability to safely work on ladders, scaffolding, and roofs Ability to work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements
