Duties Assist with general construction tasks Operate hand tools and power tools safely to support carpentry, roofing, and finish work Perform site cleanup, material handling, and organization to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Assist with installations Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is preferred but not required ; training will be provided Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques is advantageous Strong work ethic with willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a team environment
