Position Available:

Civil Construction Laborer We are seeking dependable and hardworking Laborers to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in excavation and civil construction. No previous construction experience is required'just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work safely as part of a team. As a Civil Construction Laborer, you will assist equipment operators and crews on a variety of residential and commercial excavation projects throughout Central Oregon.

Responsibilities:

' Assist crews with excavation, trenching, grading, and site preparation ' Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment ' Perform general cleanup and maintain safe, organized job sites ' Assist with underground utility installation and pipe work ' Use hand tools and small power tools safely and effectively ' Follow directions from supervisors and experienced crew members ' Help identify and maintain safe working conditions ' Work outdoors in various weather and terrain conditions

Requirements:

' No prior experience required ' willing to train the right candidate ' Strong work ethic and positive attitude ' Ability to perform physically demanding labor and lift heavy materials ' Reliable transportation and punctual attendance ' Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions ' Willingness to learn excavation and construction skills ' Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills ' Valid driver's un-restricted license required
