Job Summary:

Workify Staffing is looking for a Skilled Laborer for an Industrial Shut Down project in the Riddle, Oregon area! This is a high-demand opportunity to get in on a fast-paced industrial shut down where your skills on the ground matter from day one. Up to $25/hr

Expected Shift/Schedule:

7 12's for two weeks Responsibilities Perform fire watch duties in accordance with site safety protocols, monitoring for hazards and maintaining a safe work environment during hot work operations. Move and transport materials, equipment, and supplies throughout the job site as directed by site supervisors. Conduct thorough site clean up to keep work areas safe, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Assist skilled tradespeople and crew leads with tasks during the industrial shut down as needed. Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety guidelines at all times, including proper use of PPE. Communicate effectively with the crew and supervisors to maintain workflow and address hazards promptly. Qualifications Construction experience is required ' this is not an entry-level position; you must have verifiable field experience. Prior experience with fire watch duties or ability to complete fire watch certification before start date. Ability to work 12-hour shifts for two consecutive weeks in a physically demanding industrial environment. Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious ' shut down projects run on tight timelines. Comfortable working in industrial settings with exposure to heat, noise, and heavy equipment.
