Full Job Description Position Summary:

We are seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our telecommunication projects by performing a variety of physical tasks on job sites.

Duties:

Site Preparation:

Clearing site before work begins for the day Setting up temporary signage and barricades Loading and unloading materials Digging trenches, backfilling holes, or level ground as needed

Tools and Equipment:

Operate a vacuum truck as needed Use various hand tools as needed Maintain and Clean equipment after use

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Team Collaboration:

Support Skilled Trades as Needed Work closely with other crew members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year construction experience preferred

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and interpret utility maps and blueprints. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
