We do roof cleaning, soft washing, and exterior maintenance for residential customers across the Willamette Valley. What You'll Do Clean roofs, gutters, and exterior surfaces using soft-wash and pressure-washing equipment Safely access and work on rooftops using ladders, harnesses, and fall-protection systems Remove moss, algae, and organic growth from roofing surfaces Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment Communicate professionally with customers on-site Follow all safety protocols and job-site procedures Work productively and support teammates through the full shift What We're Looking For No prior experience required — we provide full paid training Comfortable working at heights daily (this is non-negotiable — please only apply if this is genuinely fine with you) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to the shop by 7:00 AM each workday Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions Must pass a background check and drug screen Strong work ethic and a positive, coachable attitude Compensation & Benefits Training rate: $18-$20/hr — For your first 1-2 months you'll ride along with a Lead Technician. You're learning the systems, equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols before you're running jobs solo.

Solo rate:

$22-$26/hr + bonuses — Once you're cleared and in your own truck, you move to full pay and unlock our bi-weekly performance bonus program — up to $500 every two weeks based on production, quality, safety, and customer reviews. Top performers earn it consistently. Full paid training and safety certification Year-round work with consistent hours Real advancement opportunities — Lead Tech, Sales, and Project Manager roles are filled from within To Apply Must be able to commute to or relocate to Salem, OR 97301 before start date. Work is fully in-person.
