This energetic role involves working on diverse construction projects, from new builds to renovations, ensuring that each task is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. As a Construction Worker, you will play a vital part in transforming blueprints and schematics into real-world structures, contributing to the creation of durable, high-quality buildings and infrastructure. Your hands-on expertise and proactive attitude will help drive project success and client satisfaction. Duties Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, roofing, and finishing Install rebar for concrete reinforcement and execute concrete forming and pouring with precision Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of tasks Perform masonry work including bricklaying, stucco application, tile laying, and restoration projects Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment while maintaining safety protocols at all times Support specialty tasks such as metal stud framing, carpentry (trim carpentry), plastering, caulking, flooring installation, and concrete pumping Qualifications Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of various trades such as masonry, carpentry, roofing, and restoration Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance of tools and machinery Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and other construction equipment safely Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and performing demanding tasks in various weather conditions Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site transportation needs Strong understanding of safety procedures including OSHA standards and site protocols Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to building excellence!
