Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Fence Laborer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. No prior experience is required'we are willing to train the right candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist with installation of residential and commercial fencing Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Run equipment such as augers and concrete mixers Set fence posts, mix and pour concrete, and perform general labor tasks Drive company trucks to and from job sites (if licensed) Maintain a clean and organized worksite Follow safety guidelines and team instructions

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various conditions Must be able to lift 100+ pounds Dependable and punctual Must have reliable transportation to Sutherlin, Oregon (7:30 AM start time) Valid driver's license preferred, but not required Must be able to pass a background check (we work at schools; having a record does not automatically disqualify you'consideration is given based on severity and time since offense) Experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Pay:

4-day work week (32'40 hours) Paid lunch Starting pay at $17'$19 per hour Higher starting pay available for experienced candidates Additional opportunities for increased pay on commercial jobs through prevailing wage (not guaranteed weekly, but significantly higher when available)
