Responsibilities Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity and quality standards are met. Operate power tools and hand tools safely to support various construction activities such as framing, roofing, and masonry work. Perform heavy lifting and material handling, including moving supplies, equipment, and debris around the job site. Support tile laying, flooring installation, and other finishing tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members on renovation projects, metal stud framing, drywall installation, and restoration tasks. Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is highly preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety standards. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating is advantageous. Strong understanding of various trades including carpentry (trim carpentry), masonry (blockwork), plastering, caulking, metal stud framing, roofing, and masonry work. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience is a plus for transporting materials or equipment. Willingness to learn new skills. Commitment to safety procedures and ability to work effectively in physically demanding environments.
