In this role, you will support multiple phases of residential remodeling and construction projects while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of trades. We are looking for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, maintain a strong work ethic, and are eager to learn and grow within the industry. Responsibilities Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction and remodeling tasks Handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely Support carpentry work including framing, trim, door installation, and cabinetry Measure and cut materials accurately Install cabinets, fixtures, doors, and finish materials Assist with demolition, debris removal, and site preparation Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Communicate effectively with team members and homeowners Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship Qualifications Prior construction or remodeling experience preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and grow within the construction industry Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction practices Knowledge of carpentry, flooring, tile, plumbing, or electrical work is a plus Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor throughout the day Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded attitude Why Join Us?
